Neverwinter: Free extension Jewel of the North with brand new Bard

Neverwinter: Jewel of the North, the latest free extension, is now available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. It introduces the brand new Bard class, which is inspired by the popular archetype from the 5th edition of Dungeons & Dragons.

Players who decide for the bard will become daring heroes who understand themselves to combine magic with sword art, inspired by music allies, to manipulate thoughts and even heal wounds!

Bard are characterized by their unique performing mode in which they can play a variety of songs, strengthen allied strengths and heal or damage targets. And outdoors performance mode it is even possible to create its own compositions with the instrument they equipped and to give them the best in front of other adventurers.

Of course, a bard would not be a bard if he would not use his free time to compose songs about his heroics and to fulfill the world of Neverwinter with music.

If a barme is not in combat, then a new mode called free performance can be entered. By default, it can be entered on the PC with F12, via the L1 trigger and R3 on the Xbox One and the L1 trigger and R3 on the PlayStation 4. According to Neventer's senior designer Salim Grant, which significantly designed the development of the Bard, was inspired by the unique performance mode of the class of the Ocarina mechanics from Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
