GDC 2020 reported due to a coronavirus
The GDC 2020 is officially postponed and will no longer be held in March. The propagation of coronavirus has already led several developers to withdraw from the event before cancellation. The official announcement has been published on the GDC website earlier in the day. The post cites the new coronavirus as a reason for the postponement. After close consultation with our partners in the game development industry and the community around the world, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Game Developer Conference in March. After spending last year preparing the show with our advisory councils, our speakers, our exhibitors and our event partners, we are really upset and disappointed not to be able to welcome you for the moment.
